Frozen Treats for Your Pup!

It's starting to feel like Summer already! What better time to spoil your pup with a delicious ice block?

This is a great way to hydrate them and keep them cool on a hot day, as well as keeping them entertained. It's also a great, healthy snack without too many calories, so it's guilt-free.

It's very simple, quick and easy to do. You can purchase cute paw-shaped or bone-shaped silicone moulds for small pups, or for larger pups, even just re-use an empty ice cream container.

It's versatile and very adaptable, so get creative! You can use any pup-safe ingredients you have in your fridge, such as stock, fruit, vegetables, peanut butter, yoghurt or mint, with some water to dilute it. (Just make sure there's no seeds and avoid dairy if your pup is sensitive to it.)

Whiz everything together in a blender to make about two cups of mixture, pour into moulds and freeze. There are lots of recipes online. Just google 'healthy frozen dog treats'.

You could even add some BBQ chicken or some of their favourite treats.

Your pups will give them a 4 Paws Star Rating.
